Ho Chi Minh City, April 18, 2025 – Vietravel Airlines announces the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Duc Anh as Vice President cum Technical Director and Mr. Nguyen Quang Dat as Director of the Flight Operations cum Chief Pilot. These appointments are part of the airline's plan to develop high-level and mid-level local human resources in 2025.

Specifically, according to Decision No. 39A/QD-VU, Vietravel Airlines appoints Mr. Nguyen Duc Anh as Vice President cum Technical Director – the person primarily responsible for aircraft engineering, effective from March 31, 2025. He holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in collaboration with Ecole Nationale Superieure. He has over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, having held various important positions related to aircraft engineering at other airlines. At Vietravel Airlines, he has held the position of Technical Director since the airline's early days.

The appointment ceremony, based on the decision of the Board of Directors, was attended by Mr. Do Vinh Quang - Chairman of Vietravel Airlines; Mr. Dao Duc Vu - Member of the Board of Directors, CEO of Vietravel Airlines; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nghi - Member of the Board of Directors of Vietravel Airlines; and the Leadership Board of Vietravel Airlines. With his extensive experience in the aviation industry and high level of expertise, Deputy General Director Nguyen Duc Anh is expected to contribute to Vietravel Airlines with more strategic solutions in enhancing technical operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam and international standards.

With the aim of strengthening and enhancing flight operations capabilities, Vietravel Airlines also officially appointed Mr. Nguyen Quang Dat as Director of Flight Operations cum Chief Pilot, effective from April 4, 2025. Mr. Dat has over 13 years of experience in the aviation industry, having held the positions of Chief Pilot and FO Postholder. At Vietravel Airlines, he has held the position of Deputy Director of Flight Operations cum Chief Pilot since November 2023.
