Effective from August 21, 2025, Vietravel Airlines will relocate all its domestic flight operations to Terminal 3 at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN).

Please take note of the following service locations at Terminal 3:

• Check-in Counters: Our check-in area will be located at counters No. 25 to No. 31.
• Departure Gates: Our flights will depart from gates No. 1 to No. 5, located on the 1st floor. Please check the flight information display screens for the specific gate for your flight.
• Passengers holding Premium Class tickets are invited to enjoy the facilities at the SH Lounge and The SENS Lounge.
• For your convenience, our last-minute ticket counter is situated at door D1.

To ensure all passengers are well-informed of this operational change, this announcement is being distributed across all of Vietravel Airlines' official channels, including our website, official fanpage, email, SMS, and through our network of travel agents.
