B. Promotion Code Terms

• The promotion applies to newly purchased tickets and offers 20% off the Base Fare only. Taxes, fees, and ancillary products/services are excluded.
• The discount will be automatically applied to eligible fare classes during the promotion period.
• The discount value is non-refundable if the ticket is refunded.
• The discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The promotion is valid only during the campaign period.
• Any payment, ticket issuance, or booking changes made after the promotion period will not receive the discount.
• During the campaign period, Vietravel Airlines may offer multiple promotions simultaneously. However, each transaction is eligible for only one (01) promotional offer at a time. Promotions cannot be combined.
• Vietravel Airlines reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion earlier if necessary and will announce any changes through its official communication channels.
