A. Promotion Conditions

• Travel period: Unlimited (*).
• Applicable routes: All routes.
• Applicable fare classes: Economy Saver and Economy Flex fares (booking classes D to Y).
• Applicable passengers: Individual passengers.
• Applicable sales channel: Vietravel Airlines Website.
• Advance booking requirement: At least 72 hours before departure.
• Fare conditions: following Vietravel Airlines' current fare rules.

B. Promo Code Terms & Conditions

• The promotion code only applies to newly purchased tickets and is calculated based on the base fare only. It does not apply to taxes, fees, or additional services/products provided by Vietravel Airlines.
• Each booking can use the discount code only once.
• The discount value is non-refundable if the ticket is refunded.
• The promo code cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The promo code is only valid during the promotion period.
• Any payment, ticket issuance, or booking changes made after the promotion period will not receive the discount.

C. How to Use the Promo Code

Step 1: Go to the our website vietravelairlines.com and enter your travel details. Please make sure your booking date, travel date, and flight route all meet the promotion conditions above, and your booking is made at least 72 hours before departure. Then click “Search Flights.”

Step 2: On the flight results page, select “Change Search.”

Step 3: Enter promotion code “VUFLY55” in the “Promo Code” box and click “Search” again. The system will automatically apply the discount to the base fare for eligible Vietravel Airlines flights, depending on the fare class selected and promo conditions.

Step 4: Click “Search” again to display flights with discounted prices already applied.

Notes

The promo code must be entered during the flight search step for the discounted fare to appear.

The system will automatically check the booking class and apply the correct discount.

For round-trip bookings: if both flights are in the same fare group, the discount will apply to both flights in one booking; if the two flights are in different fare groups, customers need to create two separate bookings because only one promo code can be used per booking.
