Online check-in

WEB CHECK-IN SERVICE IS AVAILABLE on Vietravel Airlines flights from 19h April 2023.

  • Vietravel Airlines’ flights are ready for Web check-in service for Domestic Flights from 24 hours to 60 minutes before the departure time. Passengers can use this service for Domestic flights.
  • Feel free to choose your seats according to your needs.
  • “Online boarding pass” is provided by using Vietravel Airlines Web check-in platform to passengers who have completed online check-in via the passenger’s email. When you receive your boarding pass, you can print it or store it on electronic devices such as IPAD/phones. 
  • Gate number may be not available on “Online boarding pass” or the boarding gate may change depending on the actual operating situation. Therefore, you should check the correct gate number on the Flight Information Screen in the waiting lounge of the departure terminal. 
  • Passenger must have Web check-in boarding pass ready and valid travel documents complies with Airport Authority Regulations.
  • As the request of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, for safety reason, the security recheck  is requested for all passenger’s baggage in case of noncompliance with airlines' carry-on baggage standards after being completed security procedure. The  security rechecking procedure for passenger's baggage may affect your departure time. We reserve the right to refuse carriage of a passenger who fails to comply with any adhere regulations of carry-on baggage and/or the closing check-in time standards. To avoid the risk of flight missing and any unexpected problems, please comply with the carry-on baggage standards hereof to ensure a smooth trip.
  • If you wish to make any changes after online check-in, please contact the Call Center tel. 19006686 or via email customercare@vietravelairlines.vn or Vietravel Airlines Representatives at the airport for assistance. The changes will be applied in accordance with the registered ticket conditions.
  • If your hand luggage complies with Vietravel Airlines carry-on baggage standards, Web check-in passengers can go directly to the security screening zone and boarding gate area.

 

 

  • If passenger(s) has checked baggage, he/she can go to "Baggage Drop-off" counter for baggage formalities, no later than 15 minutes before counter closing. If the passenger do not present at the check-in counter according to the regulated time above, your checked baggage may be refused to transport. Ensure your baggage DO NOT contain any restricted or prohibited items (view here)

  • Please be at the departure gate of the flight at least 15 minutes before the flight departure time. If the passenger do not present timely at the departure gate, Vietravel Airlines regret denying your carriage.
  • For a passenger who holds a confirmed ticket but not shows up on time for check-in and/or boarding, the ticket will not be refunded or changed.
  • Web check-in service is not available this time for International flights.
  • For passenger safety, Web check-in service is NOT applicable for passengers in the following lists:
  • Passengers who need Special services/assistance;
  • Inadmissible/ Deported passenger(s);
  • Pregnant passenger(s);
  • Passenger(s) who travel with Infant:
  • Infant in normal birth: From 07 days old to under 02 years old, or
  • Infant in incubator support or cesarean birth circumstance: From 14 days old to under 02 years old.
  • When passengers need to change itinerary/ change flight/ flight date/ change name/ refund/ add services ... after check-in online, please contact the Call Center/ Ticketing Office/ Vietravel Airlines Representatives at the airport to remove "Online check-in" status for further action. The change will apply in accordance with the original ticket conditions.

 These passengers should contact Vietravel Airlines staff at the check-in area for formalities.
